Next Stage: If we are successful with the main works award, construction will run through 2026 (full-year programme to be developed)

Employment Type: PAYE preferred, Limited considered (subject to QDOS test)
Role Overview
You will play a pivotal role during the ECI phase of a highly complex structural refurbishment project, with a critical MEP interface. This is an opportunity to shape delivery strategies early on and ensure a seamless transition into the construction phase.

Candidate Profile
-Proven experience managing MEP delivery on large-scale refurbishment projects.
-Previous exposure to aviation projects, ideally in airside environments, is strongly preferred.
-Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills to drive collaboration between design, commercial, and delivery teams.
-Ability to plan into the construction phase and set up robust project controls.
