Membership Campaigns Manager

What will you be doing?

As Membership Campaigns Manager, you'll be responsible for the development and delivery of a programme of activity, with a key focus around gaining new Members and achieving our Membership targets.

Our Members and colleagues are at the heart of everything we do.

In this role, you'll be making a significant impact on our Members through the development of effective and engaging campaigns. You'll also be inspiring Members with the democratic and community aspects of Membership.

You'll drive Member engagement along the loyalty ladder by using the full marketing channel mix to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs):

KPIs will include

  • Footfall
  • Basket spends
  • Frequency
  • New Member acquisition

For all Member app, email content and campaigns, you'll be responsible for the whole process from concept through to creation and delivery.

Working closely with our Membership & Marketing Analytics Manager, you'll use predictive analytics to create tailored loyalty experiences on all available touchpoints.

Responsible for the development and delivery of an effective marketing plan for below the line marketing activity, you'll be working with external media buying agencies where necessary.

Part of your work will see you delivering our annual share of the profits campaign- including project management of the process with internal stakeholders and external agencies for direct mail.

How will I know if I am right for this role?

This role would suit an experienced, Marketing professional who brings a background in loyalty marketing as well as Digital Marketing.

You'll need to be data driven and an analytical thinker to ensure success in this role.

A confident self-starter, you'll be comfortable working at pace to deliver multi-channel campaigns with accuracy.

Essentially you will have strong communication and presentation skills and be comfortable working collaboratively with stakeholders.

Ideally you will have a Marketing degree (or similar) as well as experienced in Adobe Creative Suite (or similar).
