The role of theMeeting and Events Floor Manageris to lead the day-to-day operation from an organisational perspective, whilst running a busy Meetings & Events department. TheMeeting and Events Operations Floor Managerwill lead the Events Operations Team by supervising all full-time and agency staff to ensure a smooth & efficient running operation.

We are looking forMeeting and Events Floor Managerwho:

• Helps and supports the event organisers to ensure their event is as expected and is a memorable day
• Will take responsibility for the successful running of all events
• Manages day-to-day staffing requirements, plan and assign work. Provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to help improve team member's performance
• Will oversee and manage productivity of payroll, expenses, cost of sales, par levels and general stock control in line with financial procedures
• Works closely with other departments including the kitchen team
• Is passionate about exceeding guests' expectations
• Has previous experience as aMeeting & Events SupervisororMeetings & Events Team Leaderin a hotel

As aMeeting and Events Floor Manageryou will receive:
