Overview

Volunteers make an enormous contribution to our work at Change Grow Live.

Last year over 1400 volunteers donated over a quarter of million hours of their time to our organisation.

Responsibilities

At Change Grow Live the postholder will be working with people to help them change the direction of their life, grow as an individual, and live life to its full potential.

We strive to ensure our services are warm and welcoming environments. This role is the first point of contact within the service greeting all our visitors promptly in a friendly and courteous manner. The postholder will be supporting reception dealing with initial queries, coordinating appointments, signposting to support available within the service and the community.

Making the decision to enter treatment can be an intimidating experience so your role will be to make our clients feel at ease offering your support.

We are looking for someone to be a positive role model to our service users, who is motivating, encouraging and inspiring to support people to reach their potential.

We offer a full training programme to empower you to have all the skills, training and support that is needed to undertake the role.
