Who We Are Looking For

Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where problem-solving and clear communication are key? Are you a registered nurse with at least 3 years of clinical experience, ideally in critical care, and possess a "can do, will do" attitude? If so, we're looking for you to join our team in London!

As a compassionate and organised team player, you'll manage cases from start to finish, liaising with international medical professionals, conducting patient assessments, and demonstrating critical thinking in your approach.

German language skills are essential.

You'll excel at independently managing your caseload, prioritizing tasks effectively, and making sound decisions. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for building rapport with patients, colleagues, and external contacts.

What You Will Work On

The Nurse Case Managers are integral to the provision of Medical Assistance. Our role is to review medical information in a timely fashion and provide an expert opinion on how to provide the highest level of care to our client group. The types of cases we manage vary widely from oversight of non-urgent outpatient reviews to emergency medical evacuations.

We are specifically looking for German speaking Nurses to support recent onboarding of new clients.

Our client groups are located all round the world and as such we need to be prepared to interact with medical professionals from different countries to obtain medical information in a timely fashion that provides an effective response. We ask our medical team to draw upon their own and shared experiences to provide an informed opinion on case management. The Medical Team are a relatively small team, which make good communication skills essential as we very much encourage team working.

Who You Will Work With

The medical team are made up of Doctors and Nurse at various office around the world.

Crucially, we work alongside a team of highly skilled individuals within our Operations department to facilitate patients receiving the best possible care.

What You Will Bring
• Must be a qualified and registered nurse.
• Must have a minimum of 3 yrs. clinical experience, preferably in a critical care setting but other settings will be considered if experience suitable.
• MUST speak German.
• Own and promote medical case handling procedures.
• The ability to plan and manage their own caseload.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Decision maker.
• Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
