The Opportunity
Reporting to the Senior Digital Campaign & Media Manager, we have an opportunity for a Media Manager to join us, who will be responsible for media campaign management, media agency partnerships and campaign analysis across our brands.
What you'll get to do
Media Campaign Management & Contact with Media Stakeholders
• Support the Senior Media Manager in defining the local media strategy in order to achieve market goals while ensuring global consistency.
• Ensure a cohesive local advertising message for the Puig brands portfolio in line with media guidelines and key business goals.
• Implement Puig media campaigns in collaboration with agency partners ensuring the most efficient media mix and visibility levels according to the defined media strategy/brand objectives.
• Brand media assets management in line with the brand guidelines and considering local specific needs & ad hoc integrations.
• Establish collaborative relationships with EMEA and Global Internal stakeholders to share local best practices and advocate for local empowerment, by building trust.
Media Agency Partnership
• Coordinate the Media Agency across the full planning cycle and during campaign set ups, reviewing performance to ensure improvement in KPIs.
• Challenge them to work on innovation and wow initiatives to increase local relevance and generate impact on consumers.
• Manage the media budget, ensuring compliance with investments and accounting (Purchase Orders and Invoicing cycle).
Media monitor and follow up
• Review target KPI's and campaign strategies according to audiences and channels evolutions/trends.
• Closely monitor media campaigns across corporate reporting tools.
• Suggests and initiate alternatives plans to improve/correct ongoing campaigns, optimizing performances.
• Leverage real time tracking signals from advertising and audience interaction, and use insights to inform new strategies and plans.
• Regularly report advertising campaign results and ensure analyses are shared with our local and global stakeholders.
• Contributing to the roll-out of MMM & Auditing studies.
• Ongoing monitoring of the digital landscape identifying competitor insights.
We'd love to meet you if you have
• Experience in a digital media role within a brand or media agency.
• Strong communication skills.
• Efficient knowledge in the use of Excel and PowerPoint tools.
• Deadline-oriented.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Experience with DV360 and main social media buying platforms a plus.
