We are thrilled to invite a new Media Manager to our Performance team at TMW Unlimited. Could that be you?

Working with the wider Performance and Planning teams you will develop and run paid media campaigns across our B2C and B2B client suite.

You'll play a key role in shaping comprehensive paid media strategies, creating dynamic campaigns, and delivering continuous optimisations to ensure peak performance.

You will have previous experience within a Paid Media marketing (PPC, Media Planner/Buyer) role, with strong knowledge of Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Google Search, GA4 and TikTok with proven ability to improve campaign performance and identify opportunities.

The Day to Day

  • Manage and optimise paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Search, Bing, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn.
  • Develop and execute performance media strategies and media plans to achieve client objectives.
  • Lead media discussions in client meetings to share strategies and plans, review results and agree optimisations & tests.
  • Conduct audience & keyword research, advise on creative requirements, create search ad copy, and drive landing page optimization to maximize campaign performance and search quality score.
  • Monitor campaign performance, implement A/B testing and other optimisation techniques analyse data, and identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement, including ad copy, bidding strategies, and targeting.
  • Support and lead new business media pitches.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and algorithm updates to ensure campaigns are following current best practices and driving optimal results.
  • Keep up to date with latest thinking and technologies surrounding paid search and social marketing to enhance and maintain a good level of knowledge.
  • Run media training modules for new team starters, TMW colleagues and clients.

Requirements

Who will you be?

  • You'll already have gained considerable experience in a Paid Media/PPC/Media Planner role, ideally in an agency environment.
  • Used to working in a fast-paced environment, you will have excellent time management skills and be adaptable with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Sound communication and presentation skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Search, GA4, Meta, TikTok with proven ability to improve campaign performance and identify opportunities.
  • High level of core paid media competencies including use of Business Manager, Ads Editor, Search Term Reports, Keyword planner and forecasts.
  • Understanding of the whole user journey with the ability to make recommendations to improve.
  • You'll be able to analyse and interpret data sets, detecting optimisation opportunities and apply them.
  • Genuine passion for Digital Performance Marketing, and desire to grow in your career.
