Job Description:
- Role purpose
The overarching purpose of this role is to provide the strategic leadership and direction for the implementation of our clients Acceleration agenda and media maturity roadmap across the region. Responsible for building a trusted relationship with the client at the c- level with clear understanding of their needs. Mobilize cross-discipline capabilities required to practically implement the acceleration of brand impact. Build and empower a regional culture of measurement, strategic challenge and alignment, experimentation and data-led decision making.
Key Accountabilities
- Forge trusted relationships with senior regional client stakeholders, understanding the key issues facing their business
- Strong collaboration with clients to make sure measurement agenda aligns to strategic direction with ability to collaboratively address barriers to delivery client side
- Effectively mobilize wide range of functions, markets and seniority across Dentsu to evolve the measurement agenda
- Lead Joint Business Partnerships GAFA, in collaboration with digital trading lead, to support driving more partner value, & innovation aligned to the measurement agenda. Evolve strong relationships with key partners leveraging Dentsu's global capabilities.
- Inspire and effect change centrally and in local markets, in collaboration with our clients EMEA Leadership, to build data-driven decision making into planning processes
- Build a culture of experimentation and collaborative sharing community across EMEA markets
- Relentless focus on business outcome, with good analytical skills.
