Job Title: Material Logistics and Document Production Coordinator

Salary: £32,500+ commensurate with skills and experience

What you’ll be doing:

  • Undertake the role of Government Furnished Equipment Manager for the business across a number of sites
  • Collate and extracts data and produces routine reports, schedules and summaries for internal circulation or for customers and suppliers
  • Undertake the Reprographics lead role on site, producing high quality printed material to defined timescales
  • Lead Material Control staff within a defined area ensuring standard procedures and governance within the team
  • Responsible for Goods Inwards/Despatch for the business across a number of sites
  • Undertake a range of clerical and administrative duties within the department to ensure the smooth running of the function
  • Line manage Material Control team members and acts as Functional Lead to others
  • Deal with customers and suppliers and exchanges information in order to clarify a situation, e.g. placing orders, arranging appointments, deliveries, etc

Your skills and experiences:

  • Have extensive experience in a Material Control role within the Business Support function
  • Use Microsoft Office software comprehensively as well as more bespoke tools for GFE (such as SAP Hana) and reprographic facilities
  • Carry out assigned tasks to time, cost and quality are ensured, delegates similarly to the team
  • Have a good knowledge of a range of work routines, procedures and systems across their area
  • Require a good knowledge of the Operations area in which the role operates
