About this role

• Internship Overview: We focus on hands-on experience. During your time with us, you will shadow and receive support from current colleagues, gaining insights into the job. As you use your data analytical and creative skills you will learn project delivery within time and budget constraints, you explore all aspects of project management. With increased confidence, you will take on project coordination, ensuring smooth implementation of solutions.

• Areas of Focus: Our marketing teams create huge campaigns to attract customers to our company, making sure they know not only what our customers want, but what we're all about. They cover the full spectrum, from launching new products with a TV campaign, to sponsoring and running events, and everything in-between.

• Gain Additional skills: While on-the-job learning is valuable, we also provide support for your personal development. We ensure that you get a diverse set of skills, including various Marketing techniques, building outstanding stakeholder relationships, and mastering time management. Additionally, you'll learn how to measure success of initiatives No matter what area of Marketing you join, you'll work alongside our creative agencies, helping to deliver to amazing campaigns.

• Consumer Focused: It's not just about marketing though. Whilst on the scheme you'll have the opportunity to develop a range of other additional skills such as commercial, stakeholder, and change management. All together it will give you all the skills and experience you need to kick-start a fantastic career in marketing.

• Entry requirements: The program requires you to be in your penultimate year in University and on track to achieve a 2.2 in any discipline related to Business and Marketing.

• Salary - £23,500 plus attractive benefits

• Duration - 12 months fixed contract
