Marketing & Tenant Liaison Manager (full-time)
Hours: Monday-Friday (occasional Saturday duty management with time in lieu)

As a Shopping Centre Marketing & Tenant Liaison Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving customer engagement, overseeing operations, and ensuring the centre's continued success.
The role of the Marketing & Tenant Liaison Manager
Reporting to the Centre Manager based on-site, the Marketing & Tenant Liaison Manager will wear multiple hats to ensure the centre's success. This diverse role blends strategic marketing with operational and community leadership responsibilities. This includes but it not limited to planning, campaign management, managing agencies and evaluation.
Key responsibilities of the Marketing & Tenant Liaison Manager
- Working with the Centre Manager and on-site Management team to develop a marketing strategy, utilising research and campaign evaluation data.
- Development of an annual marketing plan in line with the retail calendar, supported by the Centre Manager.
- Planning campaigns; compiling briefs, utilising a wide range of channels including social media, traditional PR and internal comms.
- End-to-end management of multiple campaigns at any one time, ensuring delivery to set budget, brief and deadlines.
- Oversee advertising and sponsorship partnerships to maximise revenue opportunities.
- Managing budget and identifying the most effective allocation of budget/measuring ROI.
- Preparation of weekly and monthly reporting data.
- Collection of monthly tenant turnover figures.
- Event planning and management.
- Management of online channels, both b2c and b2b.
- Liaising with appointed creative and digital agencies.
- Media Buying.
- Public relations - both traditional and online.
- Community & retailer liaison and relationship management.
- Working with members of the onsite team to ensure communication is strong and opportunities are maximised.
- Liaising with the Commercialisation team to maximise bookings and develop relationships with local traders.
- Ensuring Marketing equipment is in good, safe working order and keeping track of storage locations.
- Overseeing Community Garden and Rooftop planters to ensure responsible wilding practices occur.
Requirements of the Marketing & Tenant Liaison Manager
- Friendly demeanour.
- Can-do attitude.
- Self-motivated with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a B2C marketing environment.
- Proficient in WordPress.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Content creation skills are preferred.
- Confident working with children, particularly due to the centre's Fun Club activities during school holidays.
- Flexibility and adaptability are essential to meeting the responsibilities of the entire team.
- Act as an ambassador for the shopping centre, representing its values and mission.
Desired but not essential as training and support can be offered
- Retail marketing experience.
- Experience in copywriting and proofreading.
- Graphic design experience.
- IOSH Managing safely or equivalent Health and Safety Qualification.
- Familiarity with award entries and presentations.
