Marketing Project Manager

As a Marketing Project Manager, you will be an integral part of our enthusiastic, innovative and forward-thinking marketing department who promote the companies brand, products and services whilst delivering a 'WOW' approach. The Marketing Project Manager will work alongside the Marketing Manager to optimise Liquidline's Marketing strategy, ensuring a strong focus on project management to ensure all projects owned by the marketing department remain in budget, and are delivered in the agreed timeframe.
The Role - Marketing Project Manager

  • To lead on implementing workflows that take each project from concept to completion.
  • To conduct daily task reviewees with each team member that may be involved in the project.
  • To attend client meetings and to ensure clear communication on progress is delivered.
  • To lead on creating and assessing project status across the department.
  • To track budgets, and lead on assigning roles when a new project comes up.
  • To support the CMO and Marketing Manager to deliver the companies Marketing Strategy.
  • To work with the team to create and manage a content calendar for posts across all channels.

What You Will Need in the Role of Marketing Project Manager

  • Project Management Principles - a strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practice.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies, in-depth knowledge of marketing concepts including digital, content and traditional marketing channels.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software's such as Asana and marketing automation platforms such as hubspot.
  • Team coordination skills, able to coordinate teams across departments including designers and external vendors.
  • Previous experience of budget management - including budgeting process, cost estimation and optimisation.
