Marketing Programs Manager - Global Channel and Alliances

Job Description
The role
As core member of the global Product and Partner Marketing team, you will be design and deliver demand generation programs and campaigns that enable Digital Realty, via its Channel and Alliances partners, to drive awareness, generate demand and ultimately secure new target Enterprise customers.

What you'll do
- Define, develop, implement and manage Market Development Fund (MDF) program.
- Deliver Global Channel and Alliance programs with regional marketing leaders, supporting them with building messaging, value propositions, partner listing on country web pages, and collateral relevant to their specific market.
- Support the development of regional customized integrated campaigns for delivery with priority Global partners, ensuring buy in and support from regional leads, providing support and guidance where necessary
- Motivated self-starter who thrives on working in complex and challenging environments of a rapidly evolving business
What you'll need
- Demonstrable success in implementing MDF programs.
- Min 5+ years of relevant marketing experience, primarily in B2B tech.
- Preferably has a solid understanding of Data Center services, cloud architecture and the cloud / Hybrid Cloud landscapes
- Demonstrated success in marketing roles that are partner-facing and field-facing
- Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint
- Excellent communications and presentation skills.
- Proven relevant strategic marketing experience, working with Global Strategic Alliance partners.
- Strong program and project management skills - able to define and implement plans for local Alliance partners with minimal oversight.
