As a Marketing Procurement Officer, you'll take the lead on in-store marketing initiatives, driving innovation and optimising the customer experience through engaging signage and campaign rollouts. From managing POS trials to coordinating cross-functional projects, you'll work closely with teams across Procurement, Supply Chain, and regional operations to ensure seamless execution. You'll oversee marketing activations, track approvals, and align messaging across advertising channels, all while staying ahead of industry developments and legislative changes. In this dynamic role, you'll use your organisation and problem-solving skills to deliver impactful campaigns, collaborating with stakeholders at all levels to bring marketing strategies to life in-store.

Please note as per Lidl internal structures, your job title internally will be Officer. This role is being advertised as 0.8 FTE (32 hours).
What you'll do
• Lead on and manage POS trials, innovation and rollouts of signage elements optimising the customer experience through in-store projects.
• Work closely with other HO departments like Procurement and Supply Chain as well as regional teams, adapting communication and considering equipment and layout changes.
• Coordinating and leading on small Marketing campaigns with an activation in-store.
• Work across and bring together various specialisms in Marketing and the wider business (e.g. campaign planning, creative & production / supply chain).
• Track internal approvals relating all the way to sign-off and in accordance with set regular deadlines and critical paths (e.g. Non-Food and Seasonal events).
• Liaise with other advertising departments such to ensure all published information is aligned with the wider Marketing strategy.
• Support on administrative tasks relating to Marketing operations (business partner invoice management and capturing of processes, ARIS).
• Lead on campaigns / responses driven by external or legislation changes in owned channels (e.g. HFSS, bottle return schemes).
• Manage content for future audio / digital trials in an in-store environment as required.
What you'll need
• At least 2 years' professional experience in a marketing production or campaign management function.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with colleagues across all levels of the business.
• Independent worker and proactive, solution-driven approach.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise.
• Excellent team player with a collaborative approach to working.
• Process-driven with great attention to detail.
