About the roleThe Marketing Performance Analyst supports the Customer Planning & Performance Manager in defining, setting, and measuring the Customer and Marketing plan, including targets. The role also involves leading the monthly reporting of these plans.
Additionally, the analyst works with other teams like the broader Customer team, Commercial, and Finance to ensure the financial outlook accurately reflects Customer activity. This collaboration and reporting contributes to the overall effectiveness of the Customer Planning & Performance team.

Working pattern/flexible working - The Partnership has adopted a hybrid working approach, meaning you'll be able to work a mixture between the office and home based upon your personal needs whilst balancing the needs of the business. The Media Planning and Performace team aim for around 1 day a week in the office to connect and on a more ad-hoc basis to attend key meetings.

Location - This role is based at our Pimlico Head Office.
Key responsibilities

Analytical Skills: The role requires the ability to perform complex data analysis.

Decision-making: The analyst must be able to form credible recommendations based on their analysis.

Key Outcomes: A crucial aspect of the role is identifying key facts and patterns within data, which then informs the recommendations made. Also deliver and present monthly/quarterly reporting using automation tools to senior stakeholders

Work with Finance stakeholders to produce month end forecasting and support in managing business’ risk and opportunities within the marketing budget
Essential skills/experience you’ll need

Excellent Excel using large data sets and presentation skills

Highly commercially aware and understanding of business performance

Confident in SQL

Extensive knowledge and creation of reporting and automation techniques using BI tools such as Tableau

Experience of delivering and influencing change using own analysis

Confident in managing a variety of stakeholders and presenting data stories
Desirable skills/experience you may have
● Python and complex data modelling techniques
● Professional Marketing qualification
● Managing substantial Financial budgets and working with Finance
