Join us as a Marketing Operations & Project Manager, a multifaceted role delivering technology projects, acting as the business facing champion for a number of key systems, as well as putting in place and managing processes to support our existing technology and business development activities.

About the Role
Whilst driving and delivering their own projects, this role will work closely with the Head of Marketing Operations and the Senior CRM Technology Development Manager to build out the required processes needed and support on other projects in the team as is required.

In this role, you can expect to get involved in a variety of work including:

  • Project management and delivery - delivering a number of key technology projects for the business development function, from scoping and design to implementation.
  • Process development and management - working with others in the Marketing Operations team (and wider BD function) to identify and create processes that support both the BD/Marketing technology stack and the overall objectives of the Marketing Operations team and wider BD function.
  • Business facing champion - the business facing champion for a number of BD/marketing technology systems (initially those touching on pitch production & credentials). Able to support any business requirements gathering and development needs for their systems.
  • Content & template maintenance - In conjunction with key members of the BD team, develop and put in place content guides for both the pitch process (credentials, stock content etc) and eMarketing (externally facing newsletter content).

About You

  • Have a background in Business Development in a law firm, preferably having worked previously as a BD, Pitch or Client Development Manager. Or having worked in Change function in a law firm.
  • Have experience of working on Marketing infrastructure/operations projects and supporting a change process.
  • Ability to understand the business context, present practical solutions to the business in a language that resonates.
  • Have a relentless passion for driving improvements and efficiencies.
  • Able to build relationships, influence and drive change across the business.
  • Problem solver, detail oriented, pro-active and team worker.
  • Highly organised and able to juggle many competing priorities.
