The opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Manager to join our dynamic Marketing team at Quantexa. In this role, you will oversee Marketing's systems, processes, and analytics - including management of our marketing tech stack, owning our marketing automation platform (HubSpot) and its integrations, overseeing lead management processes, and scoping and implementing new tools to meet the growing needs of a scaling organization. This position requires a strategic problem-solver and self-starter who can streamline processes and drive efficiencies across the department.
What you'll be doing
- Own, maintain, and optimize Quantexa's marketing automation platform (HubSpot) and its integrations.
- Develop, implement, and refine lead management processes, including lead scoring, routing, and lifecycle tracking.
- Work closely with BDR team to ensure alignment on lead handling, follow-up processes, and campaign execution.
- Optimize existing tech stack and integrations to support sales enablement, social media, event lead capture, and other marketing team needs.
- Scope, evaluate, and implement new tooling as appropriate to meet the needs to the business, drive efficiencies, and support scaling.
- Oversee the health of our marketing database by managing data hygiene, segmentation, deduplication, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Continuously improve marketing workflows, leveraging automation and best practices to enhance efficiency.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track against macro-level KPIs as well as campaign and field activities.
- Partner with Revenue Operations to ensure alignment, parity and efficiencies across Sales and Marketing systems and data.
- Provide training and documentation for internal teams on processes, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
What you'll bring.
- Experience in marketing operations, with a focus on B2B marketing.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (Marketing Hub and CRM); experience with Salesforce a plus.
- Proven track record of managing marketing technology stacks and implementing integrations.
- Strong understanding of lead management, sales enablement, and data hygiene best practices.
- Analytical mindset with experience in building reports and dashboards using HubSpot or similar tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and other data privacy regulations.
