Contract Type: Full time, 37.5 hours per week

About the Role:

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager who will focus on marketing strategic planning, briefing, campaign planning, execution and optimization and budget and timeline management. You will Support Growth Director and Brand Director in developing campaign programming strategy, including implementation of testing, audience strategy and measurement plans for paid channels and biddable retail media (OOH).

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end to end campaign management across planning, execution, optimization and reporting (minimum 2x brand campaigns per year), ensuring the ongoing success of campaigns.
  • Support in creating framework to outline the campaigns objectives, media channels & KPIs
  • Lead briefing for creative, media and marketing agencies alongside Brand Director and Growth Director
  • Design and communicate processes and ways of working with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery of ME+EM brand campaigns
  • Ensure projects meet kick off and go live deadlines, in line with production goals and are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Holistic post campaign analysis, working with external agencies and internal channel
  • Specialists and putting forward strategic recommendations on how to drive better campaign effectiveness in the future
  • Support top line revenue growth by consolidating recommendations on tactical media plans for ME+EM, working closely with external agencies and Growth Director and Brand Director
  • Support in improving operational processes and ways of working between Creative, Brand & Marketing teams
  • Collate all department roadmaps, working closely with owners to prioritise, scope and deliver key projects.
  • Support channel leaders to launch new marketing channels, including developing test plans, organising resources, designing measurement frameworks and writing business cases
  • Support in the production of presentations for key meetings and strategic documents
  • Collaborate with Analytics Manager to ensure our Data Stack supports the needs of the Marketing Department, including writing briefs for analyses and dashboards
  • Lead special projects with Key Stakeholder, e.g. VIP program, customer research, etc.

Skills:

  • Have experience in working with external agencies on brand campaigns and activations, ability to negotiate contracts, act as the main POC and build strong relationships with them
  • Proven knowledge of ad servers and web analytics tools
  • Ability to work comfortably and collaboratively within a team environment but autonomy and proactiveness to lead own projects and a certain ability to influence internal And external stakeholders
  • Some fashion sensibility or brand / client-facing experience
  • Other key skills: strategic and critical thinking, attention to detail, organisational skills, stakeholder management, communication skills, good with ambiguity
