An exciting opportunity has come up in our London office for a Marketing Operation Manager to join a successful, award winning and fast paced environment! Along with day-to-day operations, you will be responsible for the continual development of our HubSpot environment and overseeing projects through their full life cycle, working with stakeholders from all levels and across multiple departments to increase efficiency and build new workflows to support new products. We support multiple brands each with numerous product offerings which requires continuous support, a keen attention to detail and an entrepreneurial attitude to problem solving
This role is ideal for someone who has a desire to take ownership of the development pipeline and work independently or with the relevant stakeholders to continually improve our marketing operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Marketing tech stack including development roadmap, systems integrations, vendor relationships and ensure the overall strategy is in line with the goals of the business
- Work closely with our marketing teams, develop a good understanding of their needs and challenges and then design and develop solutions to aid them
- Identify areas for improvement in our campaign performance
- Ensure campaign tracking is properly set-up for reporting and analysis
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure integrity and cleanliness of our data
- Troubleshoot operational issues and optimise our processes to minimise them in the future
- Provide training to the marketing teams on the tools available and implement best practices
- Oversee and develop system governance policies to ensure our marketing efforts are compliant with current regulations
Requirements
Required Skills
- 3+ years marketing operations experience building and maintaining marketing tech stack
- Experience creating and managing automated workflows
- Ability to work on new developments from start to finish, from planning and design, to development, testing, implementation, and monitoring
- Experience with managing email marketing campaigns and managing contact data
- Should be able to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently
- Willingness to learn new technologies / methodologies & understand the setup and configuration of third-party products
Desired technology experience
HubSpot (or another leading marketing automation platform), Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Social Media platforms
