About the Role
As the Marketing Coordinator you will support the execution of Cornerstone's marketing strategy by managing processes, driving operational efficiencies, and leading key projects. The role ensures brand consistency, enhances digital engagement, and delivers impactful campaigns and events that strengthen customer experience and advocacy.
Key Responsibilities:
•Partner with Content & Communications to maintain brand consistency across digital and print assets.
•Support senior leaders, PR, and Digital Marketing teams in content creation, engagement monitoring, and innovation in digital strategies.
•Oversee marketing operations, including demand intake, workflow optimisation, and process improvements.
•Act as liaison between Sales, Product, and Marketing to align resources and enable commercial objectives.
•Collaborate with PMO and People Team to deliver projects, roadmaps, and employer branding initiatives.
•Lead planning and execution of events, trade shows, conferences, podcasts, and webinars.
•Accountable for delivering marketing campaigns and projects on time, aligned with strategic goals.
•Generate actionable insights using analytics tools to track OKRs (NPS, C-Sat, engagement metrics).
•Ensure sales enablement materials are comprehensive and aligned with commercial priorities.
•Drive measurable ROI from events and campaigns through structured evaluation frameworks.
•Independently identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions to improve team performance.
•Demonstrate strong project leadership, ensuring milestones are met and cross-functional collaboration is seamless
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
•Demonstrable experience in a marketing role with proven expertise in operations, events, or campaigns.
•Proficiency in CRM systems, CMS, Power BI, Microsoft Office, and marketing automation tools.
•Strong organisational skills with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Demonstrated ability to lead projects, manage budgets, and collaborate across teams.
•Solid understanding of data-driven marketing, segmentation, and performance analysis.
•Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think from a customer's perspective.
