What you can expect ...

Sticky is a full service, creative content agency and we are looking for someone who can take ownership of our brand to ensure that we market ourselves as brilliantly as we market our clients' businesses. You will work closely with the commercial teams to ensure marketing ROI drives ther business forward from a commercial perspective.

Sticky is part of the PA Media Group, so whilst your day-to-day focus will be on driving our agency marketing, you will sit within the wider Group marketing team enabling you to learn and be inspired by all of the marketing expertise across the portfolio of businesses.

What you'll be doing ...

  • Instrumental in building awareness and understanding of Sticky's Curiosity approach across the market.
  • Building on existing resources, you will evaluate our overall marketing capabilities, refine our approach, and deploy innovative ways for measurable growth as well as owning the delivery of top of the funnel activity, marketing qualified lead (MQL) goals and revenue forecasts for digital campaigns to build targeted strategies.
  • Design and implement optimised, customer-centric, digital user journeys to increase engagement and lead conversion.
  • Develop and implement impactful integrated marketing campaigns across all digital channels (Google AdWords, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Display ads etc.)
  • Lead on PPC, CPC, Affiliate and SEO initiatives
  • Manage the company websites to maximise customer engagement and improve its usability, design, content, and conversion (optimising website conversion and workflow)
  • Oversee the content strategy (creating new content for our website and social media channels including blogs, videos, display ads, virtual events, infographics etc) in collaboration with the agency content team
  • Always on analysis of end-to-end customer experience across all digital channel
  • Growth marketing testing approach to every activity and campaign ensuring full optimisation and measurable impact
  • Have a clear data driven view on campaign metrics and demand generation with the ability to measure results with ROI and commercial impact
  • Stay on the pulse of current and emerging marketing trends and technology to drive best practice

What you'll need ...

We are looking for candidates who have significant previous marketing experience in a B2B environment who can demonstrate previous success managing multiple digital marketing campaigns concurrently.

Are you...?

  • Experienced in the concepts of content and thought leadership marketing, including lead generation techniques across digital channels?
  • Experienced in utilising and leveraging leading analytics, search, traffic, and other digital media tools?
  • Proficient in CMS, B2B social media platforms (inc LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Hootsuite), Google Analytics & eDM tools (marketing automation - Pardot)?
  • Well organised with good IT skills, together with the ability to prioritise and adapt within a changing environment?
  • Experienced managing 3rd party suppliers?

Do you have...

  • Expert level understanding of digital marketing strategies and techniques?
  • Knowledge of modern marketing methodologies, marketing automation technology, segmentation techniques, and campaign analytics?
  • A KPI focused mindset, with the ability to evaluate detailed metrics and improve campaign performance?
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels?
