The Nordics, Benelux and Global Banks marketing manager delivers considered marketing plans using the full mix of marketing channels. They strive to represent the client internally whilst also providing a strong representation of global marketing and communication to sales colleagues and beyond.
The position is a maternity cover for 1 year, located in London, and in this role you will be reporting to the Head of Northern Europe & Global Clients (located in London).
This role is preferably based in London, but Frankfurt or Paris can also be considered.
What you will do
- Global Campaign Management: Deliver global campaigns locally, adapting and translating materials to meet local compliance and client needs
- Local Marketing Strategy: Develop and deliver strategic and tactical marketing plans for local client segments in collaboration with respective local sales team members
- Content and Communication: Curate, distribute, and maintain content for local markets, across integrated marketing channels, including social media, email and websites
- Event Management: Plan and execute local events and presentations
- Digital and Social Media: Manage local websites and social media content, ensuring alignment with global strategies
- Brand and Sponsorship: Implement local brand initiatives and sponsorship activities in alignment with global strategies
- Analytics and Reporting: Analyse campaign and country successes against KPIs and report to management
- Budget Management: Plan and manage activities within the marketing budget, maintaining control and addressing issues early, reconciling a month before end of calendar year
- Product Development Support: Support local product marketing initiatives, including launches and client communications
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all materials and activities comply with local regulations for each market; where possible aim to have European compliance approval for collateral to share with other local markets
What you bring
- Approximately at least 3 - 5 years relevant experience in terms of planning and delivering marketing campaigns across various channels (incl. email, web, print, creative, direct mail, social media, event organisation)
- Product knowledge across various asset classes (equity, fixed income, multi-asset) and also in public & private markets
- Experience in wholesale and institutional marketing is desirable
- High client centricity
- Fluent in English - spoken and written
- Familiarity with digital tools/ applications is a plus
- Hands-on attitude
- Creative thinking for marketing executions
- Strong communicator as cross-collaboration with global teams and senior stakeholders is essential.
