We're looking for a proactive marketer, with strong creative, copywriting and communication skills, who has the enthusiasm to drive growth of Informa Global Markets' brand visibility, engagement and audience.

We speak the language of the market and maintain market coverage around the clock from offices in New York, London, Singapore, Tokyo, Hong Kong and Shanghai.
The Marketing Manager helps formulate the marketing strategy and manage its execution through a variety of digital channels. You will be taking on responsibility for email marketing, media partnerships, event support and other projects including:
- Helping planning all aspects of marketing campaigns and devise new strategies to enhance brand messaging, reach and engagement
- Creating customer focused, consistent messaging and compelling value propositions and keeping digital channels up to date with message, including website and social media
- Utilising email design best practice and our 'Tone of Voice' copywriting principles to create dynamic and regular email campaigns, newsletters and promotions
- Segmenting our audience for enhanced targeting, messaging and levels of response and effectively building database lists
- Setting up and managing PPC campaigns
- Working with media partners and industry associations to maximise our marketing's reach
- Producing digital assets and liaising with designers to maximise their visual appeal
- Overseeing social media schedule and posting regularly to help drive engagement, audience and conversions
- Track all marketing activities and use analytical tools with tailored reports from such as Eloqua and Google Analytics to help drive better commercial decisions
- Keeping up to date with current digital trends. And incorporating new ideas and our customer insights into marketing initiatives
- Supporting sales and communicating with analyst colleagues to ensure a cohesive and successful team-based approach
Qualifications
What you need to be successful....
- Ideally 1-2 years working in a marketing, data intelligence or related industry
- Excellent copywriting skills and eye for design, with keen attention to detail
- Competency with Adobe Photoshop, Premier Pro and social media management tools advantageous (but not a requirement)
- Competency in digital literacy and experience with digital editing and publishing tools (e.g. WordPress, Canva)
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills with the ability to see and focus on what has the biggest impact on audience growth, revenue and profitability
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, and ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Willingness to learn and ability to demonstrate creativity with impactful results
- Great communication skills and ability to work with a diverse range of people
- Bachelor's degree is an advantage but may not be essential depending on other experiences
