Marketing Manager - Hospitality
This job is brought to you by Jobs/Redefined, the UK's leading over-50s age inclusive jobs board.
Job Description
In this role you'll have end to end responsibility for all of the marketing across M&S hospitality - from creating the brand, to managing standout campaigns, to running the budget and optimising the operations. And you'll be doing this at a crucial time for hospitality, with a bold new strategy to invest and grow, and drive customer and business outcomes.
Currently there are five main concepts we are building and executing: M&S Coffee (Roast & Ritual), M&S Coffee Shops, Hot Chicken, Hot Pizza and 'Hot to Go' our hot food concept within our foodhalls.
You will report into the marketing team, but sit on the hospitality leadership team, and will be a core part of that cross functional team. The role will suit an ambitious, commercially minded marketer who's happy operating as part of the broader leadership team and can get their sleeves rolled up to deliver game-changing campaigns. There has never been a better time to join M&S and in particular the food business.
To stay close to customers, our support teams are in the office three days a week as we believe that skills are developed through collaboration, and that spending time together makes us more creative and connected.
