About the role

This role sits within our Training & learning development team. We deliver precise, learner-focused training solutions with an approach that ensures compliance and enhances operational effectiveness. Operating in highly regulated environments, our approach keeps everything connected, ensuring compliance, security, and impact every step of the way. Sitting within our Training Delivery team, you will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing and engagement strategy for the FST programme, ensuring consistent uptake across diverse faith communities in England and Wales.

Responsibilities
You will become the primary focal point for the following:

  • Design and implement a robust marketing and engagement plan aligned with FST KPIs.
  • Tailor campaigns to suit regional and faith-specific demographics.
  • Ensure all materials are culturally sensitive and approved by the Authority before public release.
  • Liaise with local faith leaders, community organisations, and third-party networks.
  • Organise webinars and drop-in sessions to promote the scheme.
  • Develop promotional materials (digital, print, social media).
  • Oversee quality assurance and clearance processes for all engagement content.
  • Track engagement metrics (e.g., delegate attendance, digital course access).
  • Provide monthly and quarterly reports to the Authority and internal PM.
  • Work closely with the Booking Lead to align marketing efforts with upcoming sessions.
  • Participate in quarterly reviews and strategic governance meetings.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience
The successful candidate will have the following skills, qualifications, and experience:

  • Proven experience in marketing strategy and campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of cultural sensitivity and community engagement.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and adapt strategies based on feedback and performance.
