Location: Milton Keynes / Hybrid (3 days a week working from home)

The role
Rightmove is the number one property website in the UK with 2.5 billion visits a year and 65 million leads sent to our partners. We're looking for a marketing superstar with 5+ years hands on experience in a B2B role to join our team. Our Events and Education team spearhead the training and education offering for Rightmove offering added value to our partners and delivering "Moments of Wow".
We're a B2B specialist team and we focus on a wide range of partners, including Estate and Lettings Agents, New Homes Developers, Commercial Property Agents, Overseas Agents and more.
This a new role within our Events & Education Team, focuses primarily on our online webinars and training solutions offered to estate and lettings agents. You'll also be supporting with our in-person events as well as working closely with the wider marketing team & business stakeholders. You'll be responsible for the positioning and messaging of our training solutions as well as driving engagement and attendance. Not only that, but this role will support our guest speakers to produce great content and present to camera as part of our flagship webinar programme, acting as a host.
We're looking for a dedicated all-rounder capable of delivering great work, working well in a team and being part of cross-functional activity to benefit our partners. You'll have passion for supporting our B2B audience and can build consistent and coherent campaigns that inspire our partners to use our tools and keep coming back for more. The work is varied and offers the opportunity to join our close-knit and hard-working marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying the key opportunities for us to support our partners through changing market conditions, legislation and new tools. You'll need to stay up to date with the latest news in the property market to find the hottest topics to cover through our webinar program.
- Crafting marketing campaigns that clearly show our distinct partner groups that we are not only listening to their needs but understand them and can support them through events and training.
- Working closely with our Events Managers to support the marketing of projects from insight to evaluation - this could be anything from the launch of a new training course, a corporate hospitality event, or a webinar to help our partners get more value from Rightmove and the tools we offer.
- Flexing your copywriting and editing muscles - you're a confident and proficient copywriter that understands the different content needs and formats ranging from webinar synopses to email copy to webinar and presentation slides
- Taking a lead role in driving forward Rightmove's flagship webinar program. Including the end-to-end planning and delivery. This includes hosting our live webinar program on camera. Off camera, you'll respond quickly to emerging needs and organize content that supports our partners' navigating the latest developments in the property market.
- Playing a key part in driving improvement, innovation and engagement for our events, webinars and training program. You'll have the opportunity to make changes, input your ideas and we like to think BIG.
- Using your experience with content to support, update, write and maintain training material, webinar material and events
- Being an excellent people person who really understands objectives, you'll work with guest speakers across a multitude of events, webinars and presentations to ensure content meets standards and objectives. From time to time, you may also be asked to present at events.
- Supporting our senior leadership team to deliver company updates online and in-person to help keep the company connected and share knowledge and insight with other Rightmovers.
We're looking for someone who loves:
- Owning multiple projects at one time, delivering in a fast-moving agile environment.
- Planning a project from end to end without breaking a sweat, easily dividing big goals into small steps and hitting deadlines.
- Asking questions to uncover the true objective of projects to identify and deliver the right solution
- Working with people at all levels and across all teams - including Account Management, Product, Tech and our senior leadership team. Not forgetting our partners and webinar guests.
- You're a communications expert. You use simple language that shows you've gotten to know what matters to our partners and compels them to take action.
- Demonstrating the impact you've made by measuring results and reporting on the key metrics for your campaigns. You'll know what success looks like before you even start.
- Developing a strong understanding of our industry, partners, and competitors. Even if you've not worked in the property or data space before, you can't wait to get stuck in.
- Briefing our Brand Design and CRM teams and working with them to make sure campaigns are effective and reach the right people at the right time.
- Action oriented with a desire to do bold work. You should not be afraid of mistakes you can learn from
- Super-strong writing skills. You should be expressive yet eagle-eyed, know a comma from a colon and understand how to write with flair to suit our brand and tone of voice
- Outstanding presentation skills, from in front of the camera, on stage, or face to face. We need someone who lands the key messages and builds relationships with our speakers and audience.
- Experienced in content, both writing your own content and supporting others in writing theirs.
- Insight-driven, questioning and budget-conscious, with an ability to meld all three together to deliver against objectives
- Willing to get involved to ensure success of marketing team and Rightmove as a whole.
- Mucking in with events set up including some heavy lifting, late night builds, overnight stays in different locations. You need to love what you do, bring it to life with passion.
