About the role

As our Marketing Manager - Corporate and High-Value Marketing, you will be responsible for creating and executing impactful corporate marketing campaigns, materials, and strategies. Your role will primarily focus on the largest partner in our portfolio but will also support our other national corporate partners and high-value donors who are committed to British Heart Foundation (BHF) and its mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Planning: Support the development and continuous improvement of partner marketing plans, ensuring all campaigns are insight-led and align with BHF's brand and communications strategies whilst appealing to our corporate and high-value audiences.
  • Campaign Development/Management: Support marketing requirements with partners, create compelling marketing messaging and materials. You'll help manage the development, production, and implementation of campaigns, overseeing the approval process with key stakeholders.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with our Corporate Partners, and internal Corporate and Philanthropy teams to drive partnership goals.
  • Agency Management: Maintain good working relationships with agency partners, ensuring swift resolution of any issues and integrated ways of working.
  • Finance: Support budget management, track individual campaign budgets, and ensure accurate processing of POs and invoices.

You may already be aware of some of our notable achievements over the past year: securing multi-year strategic partnerships with Sky Bet and AJ Bell, and recently landing a third campaign with Omaze worth £4 million. Working arrangements

This 6-month fixed term contract with potential to extend.

This is a blended role, where your work will be dual located between your home and our London office.

At BHF we believe in the power of being together, so our colleagues on blended contracts can expect to spend some time in their office, at least one day each week, on average. The use of our office spaces is driven in part by your role and the activities you need to do. This may vary from time to time, so you will need to work in a flexible way to unlock your best work for our cause.

About You:

As our ideal candidate, you will bring extensive experience as a Marketing Manager, with a strong background in developing integrated, multi-channel campaigns (B2B and/or B2C). You have a talent for managing marketing campaigns and crafting effective strategies, along with proven project management experience, including collaboration with agencies, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders.

With strong negotiation and influencing skills, you can demonstrate building and developing working relationships with corporates and high-value customers. You excel in teamwork and are solutions-focused, with experience across various marketing channels, including TV, radio, outdoor, press, digital formats, direct marketing, mail packs, face-to-face, and telemarketing.

Your organisational and communication skills are excellent, enabling you to work efficiently and make decisions swiftly. You are data-driven and can use insights to create compelling marketing campaigns. You have experience in managing budgets and ensuring marketing strategies meet financial targets.
