We are looking for a highly motivated marketing manager to deliver thoughtful, insight led marketing plans and TTL campaigns that drive business results. Someone who is creative, strategic and analytical and has a deep understanding of building trusted and credible brands. They understand the role sponsorships and community impact play and have in depth knowledge of the media landscape and channels. You will have a 'can do attitude' and an eye for detail with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

This role will have the advantage of working in a highly collaborative, agile Marketing Tribe and would appeal to someone used to working with multiple stakeholders and teams such as specialist marketers, product, compliance, content, design and creative, as well as external agency partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning & Delivery :
- Plan and deliver highly integrated, creative, above-the-line and through-the-line marketing plans and campaigns, from establishing the marketing strategy, briefing agencies for creative and media, execution, budgeting, measurement, optimization and reporting on time and to budget.
- Working hand in hand with the Brand, Sponsorship, Community Impact and Product leads to deliver short and long term objectives.
- Maintain an awareness and understanding of relevant legislations for the different marketing channels, working closely with our Controls teams to ensure advertising assets are always compliant
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Accountable for the continuous effectiveness of your campaigns and working with agencies to deliver PCA's, report back to the business and use this data to inform decision-making and refine strategies as needed.
- Work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders across sales, product management and the central marketing team to ensure there is visibility and buy in to marketing plans and resource and support required to deliver.
- Be prepared to work in an agile methodology e.g. working in sprints and reporting fortnightly on progress
- Working with and briefing the research teams to uncover insights for ideation and ensuring that campaign metrics are delivered back to the business in well-structured reports that provide actionable insight and future direction.
- Agency Management:
- Working with relevant agencies and internal teams to build and execute plans, ensuring activities are delivered to agreed process, on brand, on time, on budget and meeting your own high standards for quality.
- Team player and Leadership:
- Work in partnership with internal teams such as Marketing, Product, Controls, Data Science, Customer Experience and Strategy to co-ordinate product and feature launch activity, ensuring plans are delivered on time and within agreed scope.
The successful candidate will have
- In depth knowledge of the media landscape, channels and trends and how best to leverage creative across channels from TV to Digital
- A track-record in developing, delivering and leading marketing plans and highly creative above-the-line and through-the-line campaigns in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Analytical, with strong experience in using consumer and product data (including primary consumer insight and performance analytics) to inform marketing strategy, planning and design decisions
- An experienced marketer who can quickly connect commercial objectives with marketing strategies and activate go-to-market plans accordingly.
- Excellent organization, communication and influencing ability, developed in a fast-paced, digital-first environment with agile ways of working
- Creative and collaborative mindset, with ability to quickly generate and adapt ideas to serve both product and marketing goals
- Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders and draw them together to achieve a common goal
