Lucky Saint is on a mission to become the world's defining alcohol-free beer brand, and we're seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Executive to join our team. If you're a data-driven marketer with a passion for building impactful digital campaigns, this role is the perfect opportunity to make your mark. You'll be a key player in our dynamic team, developing CRM and paid social strategies that drive our brand's growth and support our mission to inspire the world to drink better.

Sitting in the DTC team, you'll drive sales through our website and support omnichannel growth via digital campaigns, all while reporting on valuable consumer insights.

A Day in the Life:

Your day might start with an in-depth review of recent paid social results, uncovering insights to inform upcoming plans. • Build detailed performance reports for CRM and paid social channels, providing actionable insights.
  • Create and maintain a robust testing roadmap, delivering consumer insights for the wider business.

  • Build and implement testing roadmap, including ad creative and landing page experiments. You'll also work with our creative team to produce highly engaging ads.
  • Support omnichannel growth with digital campaigns that integrate seamlessly with brand and trade marketing plans.

CRM & Email Marketing

  • Highly analytical and results-driven, with a solid understanding of Excel and reporting tools.
  • Growth-focused, with a proven track record in experimentation to drive measurable outcomes.
  • Strong grasp of consumer lifecycle stages, with a focus on optimising each stage-from reducing acquisition costs (CAC) to maximising Lifetime Value (LTV).
  • Self-starter mindset, eager to take initiative and seek out learning opportunities independently.
  • Paid social expertise, with experience in building, optimising, and reporting on campaigns using Meta Ads Manager.
  • CRM proficiency, with experience in segmentation, building campaigns and creating automated customer journey flows.
  • Adaptable and enthusiastic, with a proactive approach and excitement about joining a fast-growing brand.

Desirable:

  • Experience using Shopify and Klaviyo
  • Familiarity with GA4 (Google Analytics 4)
  • Experience forecasting
