The team at Smyle is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies, oversee multi-channel campaigns, and drive key business objectives. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organised individual to join our innovative, ambitious, and digital-first team.
Key Accountabilities
- Strategic Planning: Work with our Group Marketing Director to implement a marketing strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel campaigns, including digital, social media, and email.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels.
- Content Development: Oversee the creation of engaging content, including thought leadership, social media posts, email campaigns, case studies, award entries, and creds.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, creative, moving image and leadership, to support business objectives.
- Budget Management: Work with our Group Marketing Director to maintain the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with external agencies, suppliers and freelancers to deliver high-quality marketing initiatives.
- All other duties appropriate to the role
Skills & Experience

- Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally within a brand experience agency.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organisational, time management and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
