About the role.
We are looking for a bold and visionary Marketing Manager to amplify Alamy's brand presence across multiple channels.
You will be responsible for crafting compelling marketing campaigns that drive engagement, shape brand identity, and deliver measurable impact.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with commercial teams and internal stakeholders, using data-driven insights to align brand strategies with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Commercial Alignment: Collaborate with sales and e-commerce teams to align brand strategies with commercial objectives, driving customer engagement and optimising the customer journey.
- Campaign Development: Lead the creation of innovative marketing campaigns, brand assets, and web content that reinforce Alamy's brand presence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between marketing and other departments to ensure brand initiatives are executed in line with Alamy's values and goals.
- Data-Driven Strategy: Utilise data insights to optimise campaign performance across both traditional and digital channels, driving brand recognition and engagement.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high standards and on-time delivery.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of industry trends and explore new ideas to keep Alamy's brand dynamic and relevant.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Present insights and reports to senior leadership, contributing to Alamy's long-term brand strategy.
About you.
To succeed in this role, you will have a background as a Marketing / Brand Manager, with a track record of managing creative processes from concept to execution. You will also need the following skills:
- Strategic & Creative: The ability to craft strategic campaigns that resonate with a wide audience, combining creativity with commercial goals.
- Commercial Acumen: A deep understanding of how brand initiatives drive business objectives and revenue.
- Data-Driven: Comfort with data analytics to optimise campaigns and measure brand performance.
- Passion for Creativity: A genuine interest in the creative industry and an understanding of how brand engagement can inspire diverse audiences.
- Adaptable & Visionary: A forward-thinking approach, always bringing fresh ideas to keep the brand at the forefront of industry trends.
