How You'll Make an Impact as a Marketing Manager
As our Marketing Manager, you'll be a key driver of One World's growth and brand visibility. You'll lead the charge in crafting innovative marketing strategies, shaping the way we connect with our customers, partners, and industry stakeholders. Here's how you'll contribute:
- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies that align with our business objectives, ensuring measurable impact on brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Own the articulation of One World's mission and values in all communications, from blogs to sales presentations, ensuring our unique vision for sustainable supply chains resonates powerfully across audiences.
- Oversee our digital presence by managing the website and all online content to drive engagement with our target audience.
- Lead go-to-market strategies for product launches, including planning, execution, and post-launch reporting to measure success.
- Build and manage compelling customer testimonials, case studies, and marketing collateral to communicate One World's value proposition effectively.
- Plan and execute impactful events and exhibitions, creating memorable experiences that reinforce our industry leadership.
- Manage tools such as HubSpot, Canva, Google Ads, and analytics platforms to track and optimise campaign performance.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and pipeline goals.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with third-party agencies, partners, and group marketing teams to stay ahead of industry trends and deliver outstanding campaigns.
- Your role will shape how One World is perceived in the market, connecting our cutting-edge technology with the global mission for sustainable supply chains.
Your efforts will ensure our applications meet the diverse needs of global supply chains, contributing to our mission of creating sustainable, technology-driven solutions for worldwide trade.
What We're Looking for from You
We're seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Manager who's excited to play a pivotal role in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment. To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- 5+ years' experience in B2B marketing, ideally within a SaaS business.
- Proven expertise in martech tools such as Figma, Emplifi, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and CRM systems.
- A formal marketing qualification (CIM or equivalent preferred).
- Deep understanding of the buyer journey for enterprise SaaS solutions and the ability to tailor content to drive conversions.
- Experience developing brand awareness in early-stage or growth-stage environments.
- A strong grasp of multi-channel B2B marketing strategies and tactics.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a flair for creating engaging and digestible content for diverse audiences.
- Experience managing teams and external agencies to deliver impactful marketing campaigns.
- A proven ability to thrive in a fast-changing, innovative, and entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong data analysis skills to measure the success of campaigns and guide decision-making.
