As a Marketing Communications Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's voice and driving our mission to become and remain "First in mind - First in Choice." Your role:
As a Marketing Communications Manager, your mission is to maximize the sales and profitability of the company by providing effective and professional marketing communications services and sales support to both internal and external customers.
Specifically, you will develop and enhance the company's "business marketing process", supporting the company to fulfil the vision "to become and remain First in mind - First in Choice". Your key responsibilities will include:
- Organising and managing marketing activities for all product lines, including gathering information on customer segments via surveys; run product or customer specific marketing projects and suggest actions for improvements based on results.
- Establishing, analysing, and implementing marketing strategies and tactical plans to support the business lines achieving profitable growth in line with established business plans.
- Securing/obtaining required market, competitor and industry data, converted into marketing intelligence supporting the business marketing processes in strategic market planning.
- Enhancing the company's CRM usage/needs as an integrated tool in the daily operation. Maximise CRM usage for automated email campaigns, NPS, surveys, lead generation and distribution.
- Developing and enhancing the lead generation process directly and indirectly, securing a pull & push strategy in the marketplace.
- Supporting the business lines in market share reporting, sales statistics, and monitoring.
- Organising trade shows, exhibitions, virtual events, and promoting new product launches locally.
- Collaborating with sales channels and distributors to support and develop digital campaigns and marketing strategies. Support and collaborate with Distributors in marketing promotions.
To succeed, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- A demonstrated track record in marketing management and communications.
- Solid experience in market research and analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, C4C SAP CRM, AEM, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- A self-motivated attitude and the ability to use your initiative.
- Knowledge of the construction industry is an advantage.
