Marketing Manager
Basic salary - Up to £60,000 + bonus
Location - Huddersfield (4 days office-based / 1 day home working)

Our rapidly expanding B2B division caters to businesses across diverse sectors, offering branded and own-label products alongside value-added services like bespoke delivery, installation, and extended warranties.
Our key lines and markets include hot tubs to holiday parks, kitchen appliances to landlords, IT equipment to IT managers, solar panels to building owners, bathrooms to plumbers and furniture to interior designers. We also provide value-added services such as customised delivery, installation and extended warranties.
With exciting growth plans ahead, we're looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to spearhead the growth of our new B2B brand.
The Role
As our Marketing Manager, you'll take the lead in refining the B2B customer journey and crafting compelling reasons for businesses to choose to buy from us. You'll design impactful campaigns to:
- Drive cross-category sales.
- Acquire new business customers.
- Increase repeat spending.
- Launch and promote our innovative new mobile app.
- Reporting directly to the CEO and collaborating with a talented cross-functional team, this role is perfect for a proactive and creative self-starter. With a pathway to becoming the Group Marketing Director, this is a fantastic opportunity to shape your career within a growing organisation.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement multi-channel campaigns (digital and offline) to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with the CRM team to seamlessly transition existing customers to our new B2B platform.
- Monitor, measure, and optimise campaign performance to maximise ROI.
- Partner with teams across CRM, design, branding, buying, and trading to deliver successful campaigns.
- Effectively manage the B2B marketing budget to ensure cost-efficiency and maximum impact.
