Codurance is a global software consultancy, focused on raising the bar in the software industry through supporting tech communities and the work with our clients. We help our clients build remarkable digital products, evolve strategic legacy systems, and equip them to continuously deliver value through the adoption of quality practices and expertise.

Software craftsmanship mindset is at the heart of our company. This allows us to create a unique tailored approach for each client. We take pride in how we engage with our clients with a close collaborative approach focusing not only on delivering great value but also on leaving a lasting positive impact.

In 2010, our founders started the London Software Craftsmanship Community, one of the largest and most vibrant of its kind. Codurance was founded in 2013 and inherited the same community spirit.

Our Culture

We have a flat management structure with everyone in the company having an equal voice on how to improve our business.

Continuous learning is a mindset shared by everyone in our organisation. Whether that's attending one of our evening catch-ups on new technologies, reading blog posts/articles, listening to podcasts, or speaking at a conference, we are all constantly looking for new ways to improve, and are enthusiastic about sharing new knowledge with our colleagues.

Requirements

We are looking for a Marketing Manager that shares the same values of pragmatism, professionalism and transparency that we do. This role would suit someone who enjoys working in collaborative teams, continuously learning and getting stuck into new challenges!

Working alongside our Sales Development Reps, Account Executives and and colleagues in the marketing team, you are fanatical about data and ensuring you create a funnel of leads that fit our ideal customer profile and can be successfully nurtured into qualified meetings and new pipeline.

You'll have a passion for the technology industry and an appetite for learning how Codurance's solutions and services can help to address the key strategic challenges of our customers. Attending and organising software engineering-related events to build your expertise and network is something you'll enjoy as this will help you stand out and support your marketing prowess and knowledge.

You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting our growth through a mix of marketing activities within different channels including email, website content creation (webpages, landing pages, pillar pages, blogs, whitepapers, case studies etc), social media, events and video
  • Executing and tracking the success of campaigns to drive new business opportunities and sales leads

  • Working within a cross-functional sales enablement team to deliver our campaigns and initiatives
  • Supporting people across the company with creating collateral and presentations
  • Coming up with fresh ideas and new ways of doing things. We have an autonomous culture at Codurance and welcome all suggestions. We're open to trying new ideas, so your input will really count

Benefits

  • Transparency - salary bandings and company finance are available to everyone from day one
  • Personal learning budget - access to Learnerbly, our online learning and development tool, to support your personal development and career progression here

  • Employee assistance program (EAP) including access to wellbeing support (counselling, therapy)
  • Pension and income protection
  • Enhanced parental leave
