Job Purpose:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for the planning, execution & timely of integrated campaigns, product launches and communications to drive consideration and enquiries or resident engagement, renewal, advocacy in support of acquisition & retention strategies respectively.
Key Accountabilities:
- Support Head of Marketing to lead & deliver brand & propositional marketing campaigns, from brief to creative development, to execution and launch, reporting on effectiveness with Digital Performance Manager
- Be the 'guardian' of key integrated brand, campaign or product activity - on brand, on message, on time, to budget
- Lead & coordinate creative, production & media agencies (or freelancers) to execute our multi-channel campaigns across all key touchpoints e.g. OOH, aggregator platforms, supporting translation into paid digital media working with Digital Performance Manager
- Lead creative development and delivery of 'go to market' assets for new product launches (new buildings or new parts of our proposition) from floorplans, CGIs, apartment photography, etc and all other supporting digital & offline creative. Be the Department's point of contact in all working groups to align stakeholders
- Strategic lead of brand's social & content strategy - from ideation, creative production & reporting to maintain/grow followership - identifying content themes, creative content creation, alignment with Wembley Park Marketing team (placemaking for neighbourhood), managing followership engagement and reporting
- Coordinate & deliver ad-hoc CRM comms to new customers & existing residents using Salesforce-led ESP, in building signage, SMS and Resident app to drive engagement for both retention and acquisition with support from CRM & Digital Exec
- Co-lead Retention strategy, coordinating & delivering key BAU & new activity with Ops to measure and optimise CX and key retention metrics alongside other stakeholders
- Budgetary management of vital brand and campaign budget lines, ensuring all activity is delivered on time, to budget
General Accountabilities:
- Undertake additional relevant duties which fall under the general scope of the role, as directed by your Manager, raising any issues with capacity so they can be properly managed.
- Participate in the full year and half year Performance Development Review process as reviewer and reviewee, meeting the standards and timescales required by the Company.
- At all times ensure that your understanding and skill level regarding the Company's IT systems are up to date, as applicable to your role. Undertake IT training as required to ensure full and proper use of the available technology.

- Work within the Company's policies and procedures, governance framework and standards, as detailed on the Company's intranet.

Qualifications/Experience/Skills:
A driven client-side Marketing Manager or experienced SAM/AD from agency who's wants to take the next step client side. A marketer who's interested in delivering integrated campaigns, new projects/launches that supports acquisition of new customers & retention/renewal of existing residents. And to do so for a fast-growing, ambitious consumer brand who are changing the way people rent forever. Both left and right brain: passionate, creative with a demonstrable knack of campaign management, truly integrated - understanding on and offline communications, working with multiple agencies and multiple deadlines. B2C experience is strongly preferred.
- A deep understanding of campaign delivery and execution, ideally applied in or on B2C brands or agencies
- Demonstrable integrated campaign management experience with a passion for delivering insight driven, creatively robust campaigns that benefits both brand and consumer, on time and to budget
- Proven social media management experience as part of wider content strategy experience - from planning, content calendar mgt, creative content production, posting & reporting
- An understanding of CRM preferred but not essential - from strategic planning, platforms, audience mgt, creative & content, measurement & optimisation
- Excellent copywriting
- Photoshoot management experience essential
- Print knowledge preferred but not essential
- Strong communicator and stakeholder management - ability to build relationships with key internal members of team and agency partners. Plus you know when to escalate issues and work with key team members to find solutions
- Hands-on and detail oriented - you enjoy flexibility and thrive on working within tight deadlines, adjusting to changes in priorities.
- Determined & driven - you take the initiative and rise to challenge of a good brief to deliver good content and do what's asked but have ideas of how can be done better
- A collaborative, team player - we support ambition and drive, but operate as a whole, with a team dynamic and have each others backs
- Budgetary management skills essential
Skills & qualifications
- Demonstrable experience of campaign development and execution for a B2C brand, understanding of campaign development process
- Photoshoot management experience
- Ideally industry qualifications e.g. CIM, IPA, IDM, Digital course(s) - ideal but not essential
- CRM/ESP experience essential - can be any
- Significant level of agency or client-side experience
