We run some of the most recognised conferences and award ceremonies in the industry, including PI LIVE, The Influencer Marketing Show, The Performance Marketing Awards and CreatorFest. Our events attract top-tier brands, retailers, agencies, creators and technology providers.

We are now looking for a strategic and results driven Marketing Manager to take our marketing efforts to the next level.

The Role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who will drive Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) for our events and sales team, optimise our use of HubSpot, with experience or appetite for line management responsibility. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our event marketing strategy, growing audience engagement, hosted meetings adoption and ensuring our CRM and automation tools are leveraged effectively to support revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive MQLs for our sales team, as well as registrations to our events and applications to our awards.
  • Own and optimise HubSpot CRM, ensuring best practices are implemented for lead nurturing, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Work closely with the sales team to define MQL's, refine lead scoring and ensure high-quality sales-ready leads.
  • Develop marketing strategies that attract the best brands, retailers, and agencies to our events.
  • Manage, mentor, and support our Communications & Social Media Executive to enhance engagement across digital channels and our Brand Relationships Account Manager.
  • Oversee email marketing, paid campaigns, SEO, and content distribution to maximise reach and impact.
  • Track, analyse, and report on marketing ROI, campaign effectiveness, and lead conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Work alongside the event and sponsorship teams to maximise event attendance and sponsorship engagement.
  • Stay up to date with marketing trends, CRM advancements, and event industry best practices to drive innovation.

About You

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in B2B event marketing, lead generation, and CRM management with Hubspot.
  • Strong understanding of lead scoring, sales enablement, and marketing automation.
  • Track record of successfully driving MQL growth and supporting sales teams in revenue generation.
  • Experience in digital marketing (PPC, SEO, paid social, email marketing, and content marketing).
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to measure and improve ROI and marketing performance.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience in line management or mentoring.
  • Knowledge of event marketing and delegate acquisition strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
