Salary: £80,000 plus commission structure

The Role:

The key role of the Strategic Account Director is to develop and execute plans for business growth of our recently contracted Tier 1 key partners. You will take overall accountability for the day-to-day relationship of our key partner(s), also working closely with their channel partners to identify business opportunities and build relationships with stakeholders across the business to execute opportunities in both Business and Residential markets. The role is responsible for building and nurturing relationships, highlighting the benefits of taking services from MS3 and ensuring that commercial agreements are secured. You will be responsible for the line management of the strategic Account Management team to ensure key performance measures are achieved, and gain a deep understanding of the alternative fibre (Altnet) market.

About you:

  • Excellent relationship builder
  • Experience of working with strategic partners and account management.
  • Experience as a senior business development leader in a commercial business
  • Excellent communication, organisational and presentation skills.
  • Experience on go to market activity and business development strategies.
  • Ability to monitor, analyse and share trends in the market.
  • Self-starter with a focus on delivering high impact results.

Desirable

  • Good understanding of telecommunications industry

A bit about us: MS3 is a fibre network operator based in the Kingston-Upon-Hull area with plans to pass over 500,000 homes and businesses with full fibre. As a wholesale-only provider, MS3 will enable its existing and future ISP clients to provide up to 10Gb connections to end-customers, building on their existing fibre ring through Hull and to more than 30 other locations in the region.
