A growing and established market leading B2B family run business based in Buckingham is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join them. The business is turning well over £10m + per annum and is enjoying double digit growth year on year.

This pivotal role requires a talented individual who can develop, implement, and manage their marketing initiatives across various channels and take responsibility for their new ecommerce platform.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote company products and drive e-commerce sales.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and potential growth areas.
  • Manage and oversee all marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with business objectives.
  • Manage the e-commerce platform, ensuring optimal functionality, user experience, and conversion rates.
  • Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitors to inform marketing initiatives and product positioning.
  • Create and oversee digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, print, email marketing, and social media.
  • Manage a member of staff

Requirements

Requirements

  • Proven experience in e-commerce management and digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Proficient in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and e-commerce platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
