Marketing Manager

As a Marketing Manager, you'll be a vital part of the Deployteq Marketing team, a group of creative minds and data-driven enthusiasts working closely with our Sales teams. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager with a strong focus on lead generation to join us. Ideally, you are based in the UK and are adept at building and maintaining relationships.

In this role, you will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful lead-generation campaigns, driving high-quality sales-qualified leads, and collaborating with sales teams to convert those leads into revenue. Your efforts will be essential to our UK growth strategy, helping to expand our market presence and customer base. Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Sales Enablement:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive demand and lead generation strategies with the teams to drive qualified leads into the sales pipeline.
  • Support the design, execution, and optimisation of multi-channel demand and lead generation campaigns (including email, social media, content marketing, SEO, PPC, and more).
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing and sales teams to define and refine target customer profiles and identify key market segments.
  • Create and manage lead nurturing workflows to engage and convert prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Analyse campaign performance metrics, provide insights, and adjust strategies to improve conversion rates and ROI.

Brand Visibility & Presence:

  • Improve Deployteq's brand presence in the UK and work with the Marketing Director on measuring success.
  • Build and nurture relationships with leads, prospects, customers, and partners.
  • Gather insights and feedback to inform marketing strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.

Events:

  • Organise, host, and exhibit at events, both virtual (webinars) and in-person, to facilitate lead generation, relationship building, networking, and knowledge sharing.

(Tech) Partner Activities:

  • Actively collaborate with partners to build relationships and collaborations that can lead to webinars, workshops, influencer dinners, and more.

Product:

  • Assist in the release and promotion of new product updates and rollouts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or Economics.
  • Several years of experience in the marketing automation technology market and/or several years of marketing experience in a technology company.
  • Possesses both a creative and analytical mindset, with the ability to analyse and report on marketing activities.
  • Demonstrates the ability to organise events and drive attendance.
  • Hands-on mentality, proactive, and responsible.
  • Can manage a high volume, deadline-driven workload.
  • Strong marketing professional capable of overseeing ongoing projects.
  • Understands the value of building strong relationships with leads, prospects, partners, and clients.
  • Native English speaker.
  • Occasional travel to the Netherlands is required for this role.
