The Role:

As the Marketing Manager you will represent and champion central strategy (brand, customer, product) and work with local teams globally to devise localised plans that support key regional business and brand objectives.

Duties and responsibilities:

- Work closely with regional market offices plus UK retail and franchise teams to develop and execute focused multi-channel strategies that support both local and global objectives to ensure Mulberry's prominence in these markets.

- Project manage and deliver centrally initiated special projects, developing brand activity that drives revenue whilst elevating the brand with engaging and impactful marketing.

- Day to day support of and alignment with regional offices acting as their key point of contact and with regular sharing calls are held to ensure transparency.

- Act as the internal champion for your regions working closely with the Comms, Digital, Digital Marketing, Image, Retail and VM teams to further develop the strategy within your markets.

- Communicate these marketing initiatives and seasonal plans to all relevant internal stakeholders.

- Line manage the Marketing Executive ensuring regular performance reviews and development plans are in place; coach them to ensure their development and progression within the business.

- Develop relationships with third party external partners to explore joint marketing initiatives.

- Track spend and oversee the marketing budget per region or project.

- Measure and evaluate the efficacies of marketing within a report at the end of each project through agreed KPIs such as ROI, sales and retail traffic.

- Keep up to date with latest market and cultural news to ensure you are championing creativity and innovation for the brand.

Skills and Knowledge:

- Creative and dynamic with an interest in culture

- Strong project management and planning skills

- Currently working in an equivalent level role

- Experience within luxury or premium fashion

- Demonstrates an understanding of the priority international markets

- Passion for Mulberry and our products

- Experience in working in creative environments

- Willingness to travel
