Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
Location: Leighton Buzzard

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Role Overview:

As the Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing the marketing strategies that align with business objectives. Your leadership and innovative approach will be key to positioning the company as an industry leader and driving the success of the marketing department.

Responsibilities:

Leadership: Inspire, lead, and develop a motivated marketing team, instilling a sense of ownership and vision.

Strategy Development: Craft and implement marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.

Brand Positioning: Enhance our brand journey, positioning Habit Action as an industry leader.

Social Media Execution: Utilize HubSpot's scheduling tool to execute a robust social media strategy.

CRM Optimization: Leverage HubSpot to enhance marketing initiatives and client relationships.

Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify product/service requirements.

Adaptive Marketing Plans: Develop and execute adaptive marketing plans for new and existing services.

Data Analysis: Analyse customer research, market conditions, and competitor information to guide strategic decisions.

Collaboration: Work closely with the leadership team to manage the marketing budget and report on key performance metrics.

Content Creation: Create compelling marketing presentations and dynamic visual content using tools like Canva.

Industry Engagement: Build strong partnerships with media and advertising agencies.

Sales Alignment: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure cohesive strategies and activities.

Brand Guardianship: Ensure consistent brand messaging and representation.

Event Management: Oversee events, client liaison, and integrated campaigns.

Innovation: Drive creativity and innovation in all marketing initiatives.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in driving strategic marketing initiatives (ideally 3+ years) and/or a BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or a related field.

Skills:

  • Ideal industry experience would come from Construction, Design & Build or Fit out related industries.
  • Proficient in HubSpot, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, and MS Office.
  • Strong skills in social media, online advertising, SEO, PPC, and Google Analytics.
  • Good understanding of Marketing ROI and ROAS.
  • Excellent communication and content creation skills.
  • Collaborative approach, working seamlessly with marketing agencies.
