We are now recruiting for an experience Marketing Manager to come and join our passionate, motivated and friendly team!

This role will take ownership of strategic and operational execution of the product launch and ongoing brand management and will work closely alongside the commercial manager and the wider cross functional team.

Reporting into the Head of Sales & Marketing, this role will be responsible for developing the product launches and managing operational aspects of the portfolio.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Fully understands and engages with the company strategy and localizes this for optimal delivery of goals via highly effective brand planning and execution .
  • Applies sound marketing principals to address the portfolio targeting B2B customers and those within Healthcare.
  • Responsible for the production of product specific marketing plans for the short, medium and long term.
  • Monitor and critically review implementation of tactical plans for assigned products against key performance indicators and instigate corrective action as necessary.
  • Act as a product and market specialist to build awareness, understanding and confidence in the product both internally and externally
  • Owns the launch planning & execution: Using market research to help mapping patient/customer journeys; profiling key stakeholders to inform content & messaging; connecting phased activity into campaigns & programming.
  • Management of the artwork for all of packaging and all products
  • Ownership and content management of the company's social media platforms
  • Works alongside the Head of sales & Marketing and the wider cross functional team to provide input into the overall brand/launch strategy.
  • Leads the development of the National plan for UK congresses and conferences whilst also inputting into successful delivery of wider events
  • Assists in developing the co-ordination of assigned launch activities and specific projects with cross-functional colleagues in sales, digital, QMRA and other departments.
  • Translates the brand strategy into tangible deliverables for the sales team.
  • Responsible for the development of content and training materials to the relevant teams when required as per the commercial strategy.
  • Gathers market insights and opportunities for NHS collaborative through the evolving 42 ICS's in UK and focus on diagnostic delivery with POCT/Rapid testing.
  • Gathers insights and stays close to the customer by maintaining active communication with sales colleagues and external experts to better understand needs, issues and opportunities.
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with key customers and other key strategic partners.
  • Works alongside the Head of Sales & Marketing to ensure effective control OPEX revenues, budgets and tangible results.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate as many of the following as possible:

  • University Degree in Science, Marketing or similar relevant qualification preferable.
  • Proven track record in pharmaceutical /device/healthcare marketing
  • Knowledge and experience of POCT/Rapid Testing/DOA market is considered an advantage but not essential
  • Comprehensive understanding of Healthcare environment
  • Good understanding of the needs of the currently changing NHS essential including ability to knowledgeably input into payor discussions.
  • Product launch experience is required.
  • Proven success in Marketing Campaign Planning & Execution.
  • Has a robust understanding of the local network, including healthcare professionals, KOLs, marketing agencies etc.
  • Strong understanding of how to support a sales team with relevant materials/content.
  • Results-oriented, strong project management skills and the ability to lead without authority.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including MS Office.
  • Acts as change agent in a very agile organisation.
