The Role

The Demand Generation Marketing Manager is responsible for creating and implementing forward-thinking campaigns that generate leads, nurture prospects, and drive revenue growth for RM's Technology's business lines. This role sits as part of the Go to Market Operations team working closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Account Management, Service Delivery and Product Management to ensure campaigns are aligned with RM Technology's goals. Although main focus is in the Connectivity and VoIP business area, you may work across one or more business lines when devising, and driving campaigns to generate leads for RM technology's go to market sales function.

Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

  • Designing, planning, managing, and optimising integrated outbound and digital campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline in one or more of our business lines.
  • Working with the creative team to develop campaign assets, such as landing pages, email templates, and social media content, that are aligned with brand guidelines and optimized for conversion
  • Executing email and marketing automation campaigns to maximise interaction and conversion
  • Monitoring industry trends and showing a willingness to try new techniques and challenge current thinking
  • Working with customer facing teams to understand RM's buyers and influencers, identify their challenges and buying behaviours
  • Using data & analytics to monitor, measure against KPIs, report on and continuously improve campaign performance
  • Working closely with whole Go to Market operations lead for both granular tracking, reporting, and efficient lead management in the handoff from marketing to sales
  • Training and supporting the sales team to drive the success of the campaign and ensure nurture and conversion to revenue.

The role and its responsibilities can be expected to evolve across time.

Experience

Skills and Experience

You will have proven experience of:

  • Delivering demand generation marketing, preferably in a B2B technology company
  • Developing a strong plan to generate demand and build the number of leads.
  • Developing creative campaigns and executing email marketing, social advertising, SEM, and paid digital
  • Using data to drive decisions and analyse campaign performance
  • Working in a collaborative team

You will be:

  • A strong project manager able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Comfortable working with marketing automation platforms such as DotDigital and CRM systems

You will have:

  • Self-motivated and target driven.
  • Good at prioritising and keeping focus on the end goal.
  • Resilient and tenacious. Ability to see the job through to the end.
  • Good organisational skills and prefer to build and work to a plan.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present to commercial teams
  • An eye for detail, to ensure the delivery of professional and high quality campaigns
  • Degree level qualifications or equivalent experience, preferably in a related field, or equivalent experience
