Tesco Ireland is currently seeking to recruit an Online and Reward Partner Marketing Executive with strong influencing and project management skills and excellent attention to detail. As part of the Customer Strategy and Growth team, the Online and Reward Partner Marketing Executive supports the Online Brand Marketing Manager with the development, execution and administration of marketing campaigns for Tesco's Online Grocery Home Shopping business and Clubcard Reward Partner programme

You will be responsible for
- Supporting the Online Brand Marketing Manager in the development and execution of integrated, cross-functional marketing campaigns to drive awareness and participation of Tesco's Online Grocery Home Shopping business and Clubcard Reward Partner programme.
- Bringing our brand to life through delivery of creative excellence across all customer touch points within our customer communications.
- Supporting the campaign delivery process with our external agency partners and internal channel teams including briefing, creative development and sign-off with relevant stakeholders.
- Supporting the Online Brand Marketing Manager on strategic propositions for Tesco Online based on customer needs, market trends and opportunities to grow Tesco's Online Grocery Home Shopping business and deliver against the long-term and annual business plans.
- Partnering with Insight colleagues to ensure campaigns are built on insight and that creative testing is in place.
- Supporting on forecasting and tracking creative and media budgets.
- Monitoring real time campaigns, raising any issues and managing through to resolution, ensuring that administration logs and campaign trackers are kept up to date for audit purposes.
- Works collaboratively with colleagues within and outside own function and develop and actively maintain a positive relationship across the Tesco business in Ireland.
You will need
- Relevant 2+ years' brand / marketing experience
- Primary Degree or master's degree in marketing
- Excellent copywriting, editing and proofreading skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
