Salary range: £60-£80k + potential performance related bonus

Requirements
The Marketing Director will be accountable for shaping and executing the organisation's marketing strategy to drive brand expansion, demand generation, and revenue performance. This leadership role will oversee the marketing and partnerships team, align cross-functional initiatives and ensure that the marketing efforts directly support the company goal of growth, which will be driven by capturing marketing share and diversifying our services to our clients.
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Work closely with CEOs to ensure that marketing is fully aligned with the mission and vision of Victor
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for (a) the global brand and (b) for regional offices, which are aligned with company and regional goals
- Define market positioning, target audiences, and value propositions
- Lead annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing planning
- Identify growth opportunities and new market segments
- Ensure that the balance of marketing resource is optimised between business-as-usual marketing vs supporting big ticket / long term value creation initiatives.
Budget & Performance Management
- Develop and manage the marketing budget
- Allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI
- Define, track and report on KPIs (CAC, LTV, ROI, pipeline contribution, brand metrics)
- Present performance insights to executive leadership
Creative Execution
- Lead and champion creative marketing strategy and innovation and act as the central decision-maker and integrator for marketing initiatives
- Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop and execute both tactical and strategic projects
- Ensure marketing is a significant driver of high energy culture within the business, through internal brand alignment
- Partner with Sales to align on revenue targets, pipeline goals, business development initiatives, and client events
- Collaborate with Product on launches and positioning
- Support HR with employer branding initiatives
- Work with leadership on strategic growth initiatives
- Oversee the design, implementation, and analysis of internal and external surveys and experimentation initiatives.

Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team
- Set performance goals and KPIs
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing culture
- Manage agency and vendor relationships
- Oversight over Victor's digital marketing, brand management, and content and creative.
- Oversight of brand strategy and consistency across all channels
- Strengthen brand awareness and market presence
- Guide messaging, tone, and visual identity
- Monitor our direct integrated marketing campaigns (digital, content, events, PR, paid media)
- Oversee lead generation and customer acquisition strategies
- Monitor and optimize marketing funnel performance
Internal and External Brand Building
- Attend industry and marketing events and stay up to date with latest developments and trends to
- Continue to build Victor's profile within private aviation
- Ensure our global team are communicated to briefed on latest market developments
- Build relationships within Victor's parent company BlueFive Capital and collaborate with group companies, in order to identify intra-company opportunities for the purpose of maximising the company's brand exposure.
- Ensure our marketing output is best-in sector.
Requirements
- 5-10+ years of marketing experience
- 3-5+ years in a leadership role
- Experience in the private aviation sector preferred
- Experience in customer service sector
- Experience in b2c marketing
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Experience managing multi-channel campaigns
- Budget management experience
