Colibri Digital is a specialist data, cloud and AI consultancy helping mid-to-large enterprises become AI-ready, cloud-powered and data-driven.

We work at the intersection of modern data platforms, AI and cloud modernisation, partnering closely with AWS, Databricks and Microsoft.

As we continue to scale - and further align our Colibri and Microsoft divisions - we are seeking a commercially accountable Marketing Director to lead strategy, performance and team direction during maternity cover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own marketing strategy aligned to revenue growth via lead generation.
  • Drive campaign focus and measurable outcomes.
  • Strengthen Colibri's brand in priority sectors.
  • Align closely with AWS, Databricks and Microsoft.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing marketing function.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • 10+ years' B2B marketing experience in technology consulting, data or cloud.
  • Experience leading a successful marketing team.
  • A strong track record building and scaling a successful lead generation function.
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles and ABM.
  • Exposure to hyperscaler ecosystems (AWS or Microsoft preferred).
  • Comfort operating in a scale-up environment.
