Role Overview
As we continue to scale our UK presence, we are seeking a Marketing Director to shape and execute our UK marketing and brand strategy in line with BIP Group's ambitious growth agenda. This individual will play a pivotal role in elevating our brand, building market presence, generating demand, and positioning BIP UK as a thought leader in the consulting industry.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Define and execute the UK marketing strategy in alignment with BIP Group's global vision.
- Develop a clear brand positioning and thought leadership agenda for the UK consulting market.
- Partner with senior leadership to support business development and client acquisition goals.
Brand & Communications
- Enhance BIP UK's visibility across priority sectors through PR, media, and content campaigns.
- Lead thought leadership initiatives, including whitepapers, client events, and speaking opportunities.
- Ensure brand consistency across all UK communications and collateral.
Digital & Demand Generation
- Drive digital marketing campaigns (social, web, SEO, email) to generate qualified leads.
- Oversee content strategy and campaign analytics to ensure measurable business impact.
- Manage and optimise the UK website, digital presence, and marketing automation tools.
Events & Partnerships
- Design and deliver high-impact client events, conferences, and roundtables.
- Build partnerships with industry bodies and networks to expand market reach.
Team & Budget Management
- Lead and mentor a marketing team, fostering creativity, innovation, and accountability.
- Manage the UK marketing budget, ensuring effective use of resources and ROI measurement.
- Collaborate with global marketing peers to share best practices and align on brand strategy.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Marketing Director or Head of Marketing within management consulting, professional services, or B2B services.
- Strong track record in strategic marketing, brand building, and demand generation.
- Deep understanding of the UK consulting market and buyer behaviour.
- Demonstrated success in content-driven marketing, PR, and thought leadership campaigns.
- Experience managing agencies, budgets, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and leadership skills.
