Bring your expertise in marketing principles and your passion for technology to develop and execute high-impact marketing campaigns that target and engage our tech community members. This is a hybrid position with weekly on-site visits more frequent at onboarding, with the potential to become more remote after.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract and engage tech community members
  • Manage social media accounts and create engaging content
  • Create and distribute newsletters and other marketing materials
  • Track and analyse marketing campaign results
  • Collaborate with other marketing team members to develop and implement marketing strategies
  • Stay up to date on the latest marketing trends and technologies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent in experience
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the tech industry
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices
  • Proficiency in social media marketing and content creation
  • Experience with email marketing and marketing automation tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to have

  • Experience or exposure to AI and data science
  • Experience with the Kaggle platform and community
  • Salesforce.com experience
  • Bluesky experience
