Marketing Co-Ordinator

Vision: To be the UK's leading digital infrastructure partner, enabling a fully connected future

Mission: Deliver reliable, high quality site access, infrastructure and services that support our customers' evolving connectivity needs.

Build the brand that drives our next phase of growth

For almost two decades, Cornerstone's infrastructure has quietly supported the UK's mobile networks. Whilst we continue to strengthen that foundation and extend its reach, we're in an exciting period of acceleration and product development that will see us enable more connectivity and compute to more communities and industries across the UK.

As we accelerate into new products, new markets, and new opportunities, you will play a defining role in what our success will be.

The Role

To keep the marketing engine running smoothly - coordinating workflows, handling the day-to-day admin, and making sure everything is planned, organised and delivered on time. You'll free up senior capacity, improve visibility of work in progress, and help keep campaigns, assets and reporting running consistently.

Why This Role Matters

This role is critical to scaling how marketing delivers. By improving coordination, visibility and ways of working, you'll enable the team to operate more efficiently, reduce friction, and consistently deliver high-quality campaigns and content.

What You'll Do

Own day-to-day marketing coordination across:

Keeping marketing moving - campaign timelines, assets, approvals and publishing (including newsletters)

Running the engine room - maintaining trackers, dependencies and day-to-day coordination

Keeping everyone aligned - managing approvals, agency admin and POs (as required)

Coordinate delivery activity including meetings, stand-ups, diaries, on-site shoots and video recordings to ensure everything runs smoothly

Support team prioritisation and workload discipline by maintaining trackers, action logs and dependency management

Act as a 'runner', working closely with Customer Office Ops & Performance to keep governance aligned and plans on track

Keep plans on track - manage timelines, owners, dependencies, risks & escalations

Run the rhythm - coordinate meetings, agendas, actions & progress updates (including All-Hands & events)

Power content delivery - support internal comms, newsletters, asset sharing & publishing across platforms

Keep the admin flowing - support POs, suppliers and invoice tracking with Customer Ops

Keep things organised - maintain SharePoint, naming conventions, templates & version control

Support planning cycles - help pull together inputs for quarterly planning and reporting

What You'll Bring

You've got a solid grounding in marketing basics - campaigns, channels and assets - and you're comfortable using tools like Teams and SharePoint. You're highly organised, proactive and a clear communicator who keeps things moving and gets the detail right. Confident working with different stakeholders, you bring structure, discipline and a calm, can‑do approach.

Whether through work or study, you've juggled multiple deadlines, love collaborating with others, and have a genuine interest in building a career in marketing.
