Purpose of the Role & Team Profile

The Marketing Analytics - Technology Support Executive at Informa will play a critical role in driving the company's digital marketing success through expert management and innovative utilization of specialized tools and technologies. This role is vital for extracting and interpreting complex data to inform strategic decisions, and improve user experience. The position sits within the Marketing Technology team.

Key interactions

  • Internal: Collaborate closely with the Marketing teams, IT departments, Data Analysts, and senior management to ensure alignment of marketing analytics with overall business objectives.
  • External: Engage with vendors and technology partners, particularly Google and Adobe, to stay abreast of the latest updates and leverage new features to benefit the business.

Key Areas of Responsibility/Accountability

  • Own and manage Google Marketing Platforms (GMP) including Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
  • Own and manage Adobe Marketing Platforms including Adobe Launch and Adobe Analytics.
  • Extract, analyse, and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights.
  • Use data to enhance marketing performance and improve user experience.
  • Inform strategic marketing decisions with data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align analytics with business goals.
  • Creatively leverage analytics platforms to unlock their full potential.
  • Implement innovative solutions to provide Informa with a competitive edge.
  • Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
  • Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.

What we're looking for
